HALEY LEATHERS, SOPRANO

Soprano Haley Leathers is a second year Master of Music graduate student from Austin Peay State University majoring in Vocal Performance from Bells, TN. She attended Crockett County High School and Jackson State Community College where she performed in the CCHS choir, Innovation Singers, and with Kincaid-Gooch Voice Studio. Mrs. Leathers received her bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University in music education in December 2022. She is an ensemble member of the APSU Chamber Singers and a member of the APSU Opera Workshop. Her operatic credits include Maguelonne in Cendrillon, and Pamina in The Magic Flute. She has also performed with APSU's Chi Alpha Campus Ministry both on and off campus since 2018. She has had the pleasure of learning from Professor Sara Crigger throughout her time at Austin Peay State University. She also recently had the opportunity to perform in a masterclass where she was coached by soprano Lisette Oropesa.
